I would love to invite you to dive deep into the field and explore Constellation from the eyes of the facilitator.

When one is first exposed to Family Constellations there arises the question…How does this all work? Well in truth I don’t think anyone knows outside of it “Indeed, it just works.” There are ideas about this and that but certainly no rule book.

What I have learned in my ten years as a facilitator is through constant exposure is a sense of trust emerges in the process. I also have experienced that when exposed to a deep dive over a week, my trust in the process deepens alongside recognizing patterns of human experience and behavior. My world gets far bigger. I invite you to widen your world with me.

When you step into the facilitator’s seat, it is a different experience from seeking. As my mentor/teacher, Francesca Mason Boring would say, “You lift off the face of the clock and start to look at how the clock works”. This clock is a dream clock and is fueled by the mystery of being. Through this time together, we begin to map our way through what we know and what we don’t know; holding space for healing human trauma and subsequently expanding our field of consciousness.
