Hamptons

Inhale the salt air of the Hamptons. Healing here lives beyond the scene, where sound gathers beneath the open sky, garden paths lead inward, and ocean rituals bring you back to your body.

In collaboration with Hamptons-based shamanic energy healer LAURALEE KELLY, we’ve gathered a few of our favorite people, places, and practices for experiencing travel as transformation, inviting the East End to slow your pace and clear your senses.

Outdoor Movement

CHANNING FIELDS offers classes held under a tent amid the Channing Daughters winery. This is where VIVIAN ROSENTHAL will host weekly Frequency breathwork groups as well as a Summer Solstice event later this month.

More than Yoga

In addition to Mandala Yoga’s full schedule of classes from some of the best teachers out East, LAURALEE KELLY will be leading monthly group healing sessions. Master meditator DAVID NICHTERN hosts workshops here too - including one next week.

A Life-Changing Massage

For bodywork, connect with ANTONIA MENNIS or ERIC PETTIGREW. Both are incredibly intuitive about the body and offer way more than your standard massage.

The Astrologically Curious

Local astrologer ERIKA NUMME KELSO specializes in family astrology and birth natal charts. I haven’t had a chance to work with her yet, but have it on my list to take a look at how a Leo, Capricorn, and Pisces work together.

Intimate Gatherings

SATORI HOUSE is a small practice space  in Sag Harbor that hosts yoga classes with ERIKA HALWEI, as well as Sound Baths. Follow them for an updated schedule.

Energy Healing

ASHLEY DYE is a local intuitive healer who uses a combination of biomagnetism, reiki and emotion code to energetically recalibrate you.

Sound and Sculpture

Sound & Silence is a monthly gathering with sound healer ADRIANA BARONE underneath the Fly’s Eye Dome at LONGHOUSE RESERVE, an outdoor sculpture garden. Walking the grounds is a meditation unto itself.
