Join David from 6:30-9:30 PM at The Light House for a discussion and concert surrounding his clear and contemporary take on the Wheel of Life - an ancient Buddhist portrait of samsara - the “vicious cycle” of repeating outcomes based on getting trapped in habitual patterns of thought, feeling and behavior over and over and over again.

The Wheel of Life portrays the different ways we get trapped in repetitive patterns and imprison ourselves emotionally, intellectually, and in relation to our external life circumstances.

These are the 6 realms - ranging from the god realm (pleasurable outcome) to the hell realm (painful outcome) and everything in between (jealous god, human, animal and hungry ghost).

The workshop will include meditation practice and instruction, talk, discussion and music. Aditi and Jay will join David in music after the talk and discussion.
