This Equinox, we welcome you from 11 AM - 12:30 PM EST to join the Doula Rise Community for a complimentary call in which we will be exploring the journey from maiden to mother and the energies and frequencies of conception.

Together we will engage in some powerful, personal storytelling and healing heart shares. Participants will then be provided with an opportunity to offer their reflections and questions into our cauldron of sisterhood.

To embrace the ceremonial aspect of this offering, please feel free to craft a personal altar in preparation for this virtual deep dive.

Altar Suggestions Include:

→ Written declarations/affirmations

→ Candles preferably made of natural beeswax

→ Smudging herbs &/or incense to feed the spirits

→ Photos of recently departed loved ones

→ Fertility & creation power pieces

→ Pearls or beads that represent your embryos

→ Spring water to bless and drink after
