Heart Song offers participants a deeply immersive journey into the self through breath and song.

Unlike our usually retreats, this summer we will offer a weekend of a la carte workshops which will allow for locals to attend as well as people visiting the island. Children are also welcome! There will be children’s workshops offered so parents can dive deep into the workshops while children are inspired by art, music and nature. There is a gorgeous campsite where you can set up your tents (and a few bell tent options). You are also welcome to find your own accommodations on the island and join us for workshops.

In addition to breathwork, we will be experimenting with group vocal exercises designed to connect us with our truest voice. This is not a retreat for only the musically inclined. You do not need to have any experience with music, and if you dislike your voice - even better. The intention is to find authentic unexpected harmony, as a metaphorical practice for finding harmony in our lives. If you or your children do play an instrument, please bring it.
