We are honored to invite you to six days of deep nourishment and restoration in the beautiful lush jungles of Costa Rica. Our days will include somatic movement, craniosacral biodynamics training, delicious meals, nature excursions and hot spring immersions. Together, we will cultivate a safe space to unravel, unwind, and explore the art of attunement and embodied presence. Our intention is to invite your inner medicine to be revealed. As the world gets more and more chaotic it is easy to lose contact with our own wisdom. Through the healing practices we will cultivate together, through emptying and slowing down, you will be able to listen to that medicine that you withhold and that is so needed in these transformational times.
