Cyclical Breathwork is a therapeutic modality that uses conscious breathing techniques to promote physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and energetic well-being. The breathwork induces non-dual transcendent states of consciousness, similar to that of plant medicine.

In the breathwork circles, we come together to experience the wholeness of our being and remember our own divinity. Often tears and laughter occur as we move through layers of unconscious programming and release old stories, attachments, fears and addictions so that we can deepen our connection to ourselves and others and our planet.
