When we learn to feel our emotional experiences with gentle awareness and warmth, something remarkable happens: the very sensations that seem to trap us can open into unexpected spaciousness and wisdom. Drawing on practices from the Tibetan Buddhist tradition, we’ll discover how bringing compassionate presence to our felt experience naturally unlocks insight and freedom.
