EQUINE EQUINOX is a Ceremonial Session to honor the our first Equinox of the Yang Fire Horse year. We’re just beginning to open to this powerful ally as a guide. Let's gather in ritual practice to rebalance, center out, pause & reflect before Horse's cadence intensifies in momentum.

Our session will be a seated or standing practice of the Qigong forms designed specifically for the energies available to us for this specific Equinox.
