"When I work with someone, I’m inviting the intelligence that’s already running their system to recognize itself.  Stillness and movement find each other. And when they do, your whole system reorganizes- naturally."

What is your offering?
My main purpose is to aid in the awakening of humanity. Not as an idea or a philosophy but as a lived, embodied experience. What I offer is a direct way for people to feel what awakening actually is in their own body and nervous system. That is the nature of Shaktipat - to give the initiate a glimpse of what it’s like to be in the awakened state. Through live transmissions, group work, and one-to-one sessions, I help people relax out of their habitual identities, clear what’s no longer needed, and reconnect with the natural intelligence and coherence that’s already within them. In simple terms, I help people remember who they are underneath all the thoughts and stories and experience what it’s like to live from that place.

What’s happening in the body during this process?
Our bodies are masters at healing and recalibration. In my work, the body shifts out of protection and into coherence. The nervous system softens, the breath deepens, the spine becomes more responsive, and stored tension, emotion, and old identity patterns begin to release naturally- without force. The best part is that you don’t have to do anything except close your eyes and receive. You’re letting a deeper intelligence reorganize your body and awareness in real time.

Why do you call it Divine Supermind?
I use the name Divine Supermind as a nod to Sri Aurobindo, one of the guides who came to me when I first awakened to these energies. He described Supermind or supramental consciousness as a level of intelligence beyond the thinking mind - one that can directly shape life, body, and awareness. In sessions, this force doesn't feel like pushing energy upward. It feels like a descent- entering through the crown and gradually informing the whole system. This is important, because instead of the Kundalini having to force its way upward through resistance, the system begins to feel a sense of safety, permission, and coherence from above. The Shakti can then rise naturally, in response to that higher order rather than through effort or strain. So when I say Divine Supermind, I’m pointing to a quality of intelligence that helps reorganize the body, the nervous system, and awareness from a deeper, more unified level.

What is energy, really?
The way I experience it, energy and awareness are the same thing, not two forces working together, but one reality expressing itself. Everything you feel- thought, sensation, emotion, even the vibration of your nervous system is consciousness taking form. When I work with someone, I’m inviting the intelligence that’s already running your system to recognize itself.  Stillness and movement find each other. And when they do, your whole system reorganizes- naturally.

What does removing blockages look like?
Honestly? It looks like two people sitting in silence with their eyes closed. That’s usually the funniest part- because people quickly realize they don’t actually have to do anything. What’s actually doing the work is the field we’re sitting in together. Through a very intense initiation, my nervous system has stabilized into a very coherent, low-noise state. That coherence acts like a tuning reference. This is like a more powerful version of sitting next to someone who grounds you or can make you feel calm just from their presence. From the Kashmiri Shaiva view, this is shaktipat- not an energy being sent, but Shakti recognizing itself through resonance. So removing blockages doesn’t mean pushing anything out. It means the body regains access to its own regulatory intelligence. Old holding patterns- physical, emotional, and perceptual- lose the conditions that were keeping them in place. From the outside, it’s just silence. From the inside, your system is recalibrating to a clearer signal of itself.

How do we get so out of alignment?
We don’t actually fall out of alignment - we re-orient. Very early on, the nervous system learns to organize around external reference points - other people, urgency, threat, approval, timing, pressure. Your internal axis slowly gets replaced by a moving target outside of you. So what we call being “out of alignment” is really a field that’s organizing around too many competing centers. Nothing is broken. The geometry just isn’t simple anymore. In my work, alignment happens when the system finds its primary axis again. When that central line becomes dominant, everything else can re-stack naturally- without forcing or fixing.

What can people expect to feel after a session?
They can feel much lighter because carrying a heavy energy body that isn't coherent is exhausting. People typically feel much more energized, more spacious and more aware of everything that's around them. Their senses come alive.

How can people work with you?
I offer both individual sessions and group experiences, online and in person. Each is a unique space for deep alignment, nervous-system settling, and direct transmission of higher states of consciousness.

What happens in the group work?
The group work has been especially powerful. When we come together, something collective comes online, a shared field that amplifies what’s possible. It often becomes surprisingly immediate, vivid, and catalytic. People regularly feel shifts they didn’t expect and couldn’t create on their own.

You used to work a lot with plant medicine - why did it shift?
A deep bow to the plants, for their infinite and nurturing wisdom. The plant medicine world has shifted dramatically recently and continuing to serve there would have required a much deeper commitment from me. After many years working underground, it also felt right to step into a more open and accessible way of sharing this work. What feels most alive for me now is being able to offer the same message I received from the plants - unity, connection, gratitude, and humility - but in a way that can reach more people, and support building the pathways to these states in everyday life and in our communities.

What does healing mean to you as someone who has worked in this space for 20 years?
I should probably be more conscious of the way I use the word healing. That’s not really the right word anymore. At this point, it’s less about fixing something and more about uncovering and revealing what’s already whole.

What words of wisdom do you always find yourself sharing?
The way you think about yourself is the single most powerful force that is shaping your life. What you consistently identify with becomes what you start to believe. And what you believe quietly shapes how your life takes form. I encourage people to be very mindful of the inner language they live inside.

Where is all this leading you?
I have no idea what is going to happen, and I’ve never felt so liberated. What I’ve learned—and what I’m practicing—is simply staying present and allowing the intelligence of the universe to guide me, so I can witness and marvel at what unfolds as creation reveals itself, moment by moment.
