Voice Activation

“This is the way that we heal. When we vibrate our voices from the inside out. We move the energy out of the body and we heal the many dimensional levels of ourselves.”

What is your current offering?
I teach people the anatomy, physiology, and psychology of the voice and have created a process I call “vocal transformation” to guide people on how to rebirth themselves with their own sound. Through this process, I help people reclaim their full vibrational power, an often overlooked tool for healing your life on all levels. Our voice is our primary medicine and when we remember this, we have full sovereignty over our health and lived experience.

What led you to this work?
I began as a professional singer, but realized that the pressure put on my voice to be performative made it unenjoyable. I decided to change my focus and find another pathway to life. I stopped singing for eight years. Then during my first ceremony with Ayahuasca, I was shown how the voice is a pathway to healing for all of us. I began to dedicate myself to the awakening of the human race through this faculty.

Do you have a specific lineage?
I don’t have just one - my path is a mestizo or “mixed” path, which refers to my Peruvian curanderismo lineage. I also am initiated in Andean Nature mysticism, Tibetan Buddhism, Vedanta and Yoga lineages and Egyptian mysticism. This work is ancient wisdom from all indigenous people and as I uncover more and more of how humans all understood the power of the voice, I realize it belongs to all of us.

Who can benefit from vocal transformation?
People come to me when they know there’s a message inside them, but they can’t quite express it. They’re ready to shift how they live. Many of my clients want to be visible, to teach, lead, or speak publicly, but their hearts race, their tongues freeze, just thinking about being seen. Or they have experienced abuse. That impacts the second chakra, which connects to the fifth, the throat. It leaves people feeling powerless to say no or to express themselves. I also often hear, “My throat chakra is blocked.” That’s a big one. Many of us carry blocks, not just personally, but through our ancestral lineages. When it is blocked, the whole system is affected.

How does the vocal transformation process help with blocks?
We clear the residual energy stored in the cells, so people can reclaim their voice, their power, and begin to heal. The chanting practice gently massages those cells, over and over, and layer by layer your nervous system becomes fortified. We have the ability to reset the entire system with our own voice. So when the next thing that wants to trigger you comes into your life, it doesn’t trigger you. I go into those areas of the body, the musculature that holds those memories, to release and strengthen them. A lot of anxiety, depression, and even physical health issues are tied to that.

What are the different ways people can work with you?
I have online workshops, in-person retreats, a 9-month online mentorship program, self-paced online courses and work 1:1 with people who are ready to fully commit to the work and require a more intimate container.

How does committing to your personal growth have an impact on the collective?
Anyone who’s been on an inner path knows that what we experience inside is what we create outside. If you look at the body through the chakra system: earth at the root, water at the second, fire at the third, air at the fourth, ether at the fifth, and space at the sixth, it shows how we manifest reality. My mission is to help humanity remember we are the creators. Most people are reacting to the world rather than consciously creating it. When you become a tuning fork for harmony instead of dissonance, you raise the resonance of the whole. If each person chose to become harmonic, we’d see balance and harmony begin to outweigh dissonance.

How do you make your work accessible?
Sound belongs to everyone. Every single one of us has the power to heal through this. With my work, I weave how different cultures have done things throughout time. And then I really bring it down to a very basic practice that everyone can do because we all have the same nervous system makeup and the same physiology and anatomy to get our sound to move through the body.

What are your daily rituals?
I have a daily chanting practice and breathwork practice. I make sure to move my body and sauna to take care of it. I also make sure to eat well. But most of my focus is voice. I teach it all day, every day.

What words of wisdom do you find yourself sharing?
I deal a lot with with imposter syndrome for my students. What I often say is the most important thing for you to do is to go deep inside and answer the most authentic drive you have towards contribution. If we can do the work to find that truth, the path opens up for how you're going to contribute. And it is not for anyone else outside of yourself to gauge whether or not you are allowed or qualified. If you're coming from your heart and your natural gifts, do it right and let the world itself show you what you can do. Let life itself build your contribution, your business, your thing. Let the magic of life unfold.

How does this work help others?
There is frequency coming off of us at all times, and when we do voice work, we tune that frequency into harmony, which means even when we're not making sound, the energy coming off of us is congruent and harmonic. That means the people around you feel your peace and congruency and they want to work with you, talk to you, invite you into what they are doing. They feel that you balance them somehow. Some people might find it actually off-putting because they are so dissonant that you are harmonic!

How does this balance help us collectively?
The earth's conversation is about balance. When something goes out of balance in an ecosystem, mother Earth will immediately introduce a new species or a new plant or something and try her hardest to balance out. And we know that humans, because we are not in balance, don't pay too much attention to that conversation. We try to figure out ways to shortcut balance. But when we decide to align ourselves, our energy fields rooted into the earth, open to the cosmic, and we actually open up the central line and harmonize, the frequency our entire being comes into balance, which then feeds balance to the totality.

How can we get closer to love?
Humans have been so mind trained that we can only imagine what love feels like now. We don't know how to feel it anymore. And so our job, or I believe our evolution and what we're here to do right now is to stabilize the frequency of love. Compassion and love because what it means to be a human is to be living from our heart. Our heart is the only part of us that's present. The heart is now, the mind is yesterday and tomorrow. When we use this voice work, we will get back to that synchronicity of all of these chakras and we find ourselves totally landed in the heart.
