Nicolette de Saint-Amour, GCFP, is a Guild Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner and Lecturer of Somatics at San Diego State University. Drawing on over a decade of experience in somatic education and body reading, she helps clients explore movement, integrate mind and body, and cultivate resilience beyond habitual patterns. Born in Mozambique, her nomadic upbringing informs her focus on how the body adapts to change and life transitions.
