What is the work you are offering to people?
My work is to hold a container for people's own self-realization. What I've identified after 34 years of studying and all my work with plant medicines is that I love teaching about Ageless Wisdom because it spans across every path and every known religion so it includes everything. It helps people see how everything comes back to the source.
How do you do that?
Whether I'm working with somebody in a group or 30,000 people at a festival, my work is truly to support people - no matter what age group or walk of life - to make their own direct connection to the source, and to be still enough to hold the voltage of the eternal self in the body. The journey to come into the awareness of the true self takes some discipline to go beyond distraction or fear, and yet it's effortlessly always there. I feel humble and grateful to be able to speak in a way that can help guide people home to themselves and make their connection, because to me, all disease, all sickness, all depression, all anxiety comes when we're disconnected from the self. I am committed categorically to hold a space for people to build the bridge to the innate wisdom, and truth, and light, and love.

What are the ways people can work with you?
Someone can book a free consultation, and from there book a one-off wisdom counseling session with me. Here I look into their birth chart and gene keys, but not in a traditional astrology way. I am looking at their spiritual evolution, as a way to help me to understand the themes within their lives so that when we go into a shamanic journey they can meet themselves. Some people book to do six months of these sessions and go very deep.
Then I run retreats all over the world, where I take people on deep journeys within themselves. I also offer an online Ageless Wisdom Shamanic Training that is an in depth understanding of the different planes of consciousness and how that relates to your own spiritual wake-up. I cover everything from learning to come into embodiment, knowing your own central channel, how to journey through yourself, how to not project your shadow onto another by studying your shadow. I work with people to prepare them to understand how to support somebody else if they're passing over in transition and how to meet their own fears around death. Then there is also an in-person seven-day space holder training, which has been so joyful for me to hold that space where people can really learn about holding impeccable space.
What does holding space mean to you?
It is about coming into stillness and beingness. It's not pushing away the world, but it's training to observe the mind. There's more and more people now wanting to work in the psychedelic space, which is a massive responsibility to open somebody's psyche up for them to journey. It's like, where are they journeying to? Who is really holding the space? How can you protect that space? How do you hold others? You learn to really trust yourself in giving healings for others and how to generate a field of radiance and protection through the power of mantra.

What is shamanic journeying?
Shamanism is simple but very deep - it's all about harmonizing and unifying. So first of all, you have to call back the parts that you've abandoned of yourself. To come into a central access through this physical body and to know how to harmonize with the elements - the earth, the air, the fire, the water. To journey through your body and trust that there's a divine mother, divine father, and these divine principles that support and hold you, and love you unconditionally.
What are some of your favorite things to teach?
I love to teach White Tantra to couples which is how to come into stillness with each other through your own inner alignment, and how to not go into, "You did this, you did that, I'm angry with you." But to connect at the level of the soul, and be able to exchange energy from this place of purity and honoring of each other. That opens into this etheric sensitivity, which is what every man and woman are yearning for, this level of presence and sensitivity in lovemaking. In the next few months there will be a White Tantra couples training available to download online so that people can always have access to that.
Why is study like this so important?
We live in a world where people scroll constantly, always seeking knowledge outside. Everybody is so scattered because there's another way to get information and that, and that, so where's the stillness to just be? When we can call back all the parts of ourselves that we've abandoned and go into radical self-love, that shifts everything. Suddenly we wake up to realize, "Oh, everybody's my family. I love them all."

Does everyone have the capacity for awakening?
The key is how does a person awaken to their natural innate wisdom state that's already existed? It's not like they have to work hard to do it. The eternal aspect of your being is completely whole and is completely awake. So actually what we have to do is to find the stillness to allow ourselves to hear the light of the soul. There is a process and it comes through practicing harmlessness every day - harmlessness in our thoughts, our speech, and our actions. That means not being drawn into gossip and habitually condemning somebody and holding them so that they can't grow.
How do we come back to that innate wisdom state?
Some people come back to that when they're in crisis. For others, their trauma as a child has been so much that it's very hard for them to even get off the emotional treadmill where they're taking everything personally, they're in irritation, agitation, blame. That’s where plant medicines can really help people to fast-track the recognition that, oh my God, I've held my mom in such a bad light all these years, or my brother, I'm still angry with him for what he did 12 years ago. And then when you start to come into stillness and you really allow yourself to look at something, then you can actually develop compassion.
Do you think as a collective we are heading in that direction?
Everybody's on a different cycle of evolution, but for the first time, humanity is collectively going through what's called the first and second initiation. And a lot is going on that's supporting our wake-up, even though it appears to be the opposite - people distracting themselves, losing their life force energy. But actually, over and above, things are going in the right direction. I see it, I feel it, and I'm committed to supporting it through simplicity and common sense.

How do we become more embodied?
It’s about trusting your body's vivid intelligence rather than your mind and bringing that awareness into your body. I think it's really understanding that our body has wisdom, and actually even to become embodied, you have to feel your body. Have you ever had that experience where you've lost your keys or you've lost something, and then suddenly your body takes you to where it is, and you just reach out and it's there? It's to really begin a relationship with your body and to understand that your body is the gift by the great mother that it is matter to house your consciousness.
What are the words of wisdom you always find yourself sharing?
I would ask yourself in any situation, especially when they're difficult, “what would love do?” Because love is always going to have the solution. To anything that's complicated and difficult. My phone ringtone is a reggae record that says, "Love is the only solution."
